Senior Product Marketing Manager
Innovatemap is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic and growing team.
The product marketing team at Innovatemap plays a critical role in guiding our clients to accelerate the growth and success of their companies. We are looking for an individual with a strong product marketing foundation that wants to rapidly learn and apply their expertise to client work. The senior product marketing manager will work across multiple clients ranging from startups to large companies and be responsible for delivering product marketing and go-to-market strategies that helps our clients’ reach product-market fit, differentiate from their competition, and scale up.
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
What You’ll Do
Support our clients with product marketing strategy including positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation for both new and existing products. This includes pre-revenue startups, high-growth scale-ups, and non-tech companies.
Understand clients’ buyer personas, needs, behaviors, and value to define the right positioning and persona messaging.
Equip our clients with the words they need to effectively tell their story through a variety of mediums and connect with their target buyers.
Work side-by-side with our brand design team to bring product strategy, messaging, and branded visuals together to achieve desired business outcomes.
Activate our clients’ product marketing and brand strategies through sales and marketing enablement activities and campaigns.
Write and coordinate the development of branded go-to-market materials such as pitch decks, sales decks, 1-pagers, videos, websites, and more.
Manage internal and external timelines, feedback, and stakeholder buy-in to ensure we collectively hit desired client outcomes.

You have experience working directly for a SaaS company in product marketing.
You excel at storytelling and know how to use words to communicate differentiated value to a variety of audiences.
You have experience working cross-functionally and can confidently create and coordinate project timelines for internal teams and peers.
You like being challenged. You can move fast, and you want to exceed client expectations.
You’re a team player and show up with the attitude to get things done.
You have strong business acumen. Knowing if something makes business sense comes naturally to you, and it’s easy for you to prioritize based on this insight.
You are technically fluent, and are skilled at translating complex ideas into tangible benefits.
You are excited and energized working with a wide range of clients from startups to scale-ups and non-SaaS companies.
You are eager to learn how to extract information from client executives and leaders to understand their business goals and product vision.
You strive to be excellent at your craft, and you believe you have a lot to learn being part of an experienced team.
Requirements
2+ years of experience working for a SaaS company or an agency in a product marketing role
Resourceful and excellent at multi-disciplinary interaction across teams
Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
Experience developing enablement materials to educate sales and internal teams
Experience creating pitch decks or raising funding is a plus
Experience conducting market research and translating findings into insights is a plus
