MAJESTIC CARE
Majestic Care operates community-based skilled nursing across multiple states, built on the idea that care should feel personal, not clinical.
When we met, their brand didn't reflect the level of care they put into each person they serve. A dated gradient logo, a rigid color palette, and messaging that blended into a crowded senior living category meant Majestic Care's story wasn't landing—not with families, not with employees, and not internally. What started as a request for updated brand assets quickly became something much bigger.

As a partner who focuses on outcomes, not hours, we didn't open with a checklist of deliverables to complete. We started with deep questions to really understand who Majestic Care served, what made them different, and where they wanted the brand to take them.
That instinct to ask before we answer isn't just how we like to work. Curiosity is part of our DNA.
It comes from hundreds of engagements across all types of industries, which sharpens our ability to spot blind spots that are easy to miss from the inside.

With a partnership that’s spanned nearly two years, the work has unfolded the way the best partnerships do, fluidly.
Discovery happened through deep working sessions with TrustArc's team, not around them. Strategy and production ran in parallel, not in sequence. When the direction needed sharpening, we zoomed out. When it was time to build, we were already there.
The results we delivered are something everyone is proud of.
A full navigation redesign, a unified command bar, a guided Privacy Program Builder, and a new design system that gave TrustArc's distributed teams the foundation to move fast and stay consistent.
The signature outcome of the partnership was Ask Arc—an AI-powered assistant built into the core of the TrustArc platform.
Decades of proprietary privacy knowledge, surfaced through conversations. Innovatemap helped TrustArc design not just the AI capability, but the experience around it.
From the right starter questions to contextual next steps and ultimately, direct pathways to the right part of the product. No training manual required.
That work led to dramatically increased engagement, faster onboarding, and a platform new users and internal team members could navigate on their own for the first time.
A product people enjoy using is a product people keep using. Alongside the structural redesign, Innovatemap brought the TrustArc platform to life through motion design, a refreshed visual language, and interaction patterns that feel modern and intuitive.
Details that might seem cosmetic on the surface do real work underneath: a well-placed animation builds confidence, a friendly interface lowers the barrier to exploration, and a product that feels good to use is one people come back to.
For TrustArc, that translated directly into stickier engagement, less hand-holding at onboarding, and users—both new and seasoned—discovering corners of the platform they'd never reached before.
TrustArc's CPO estimated the partnership helped them bring their product vision to life a full year faster than they could have done alone.
New users onboarded without documentation. Platform engagement increased significantly. And when TrustArc was in rooms with investors and potential acquirers, the product told the story for them—a modern, AI-forward platform positioned to lead the market, not catch up to it.
In December 2025, TrustArc was acquired by Main Capital Partners. The work we did together helped make that outcome possible.
