Movable Ink’s annual conference is more than an event—it’s a critical moment to articulate their vision, preview innovation, and build anticipation for what’s next.

For their most recent keynote, the message centered on the future of marketing, with AI, personalization, and performance at the forefront. Movable Ink wanted to connect these trends to the evolution of their platform, helping marketers see how each feature they were unveiling wasn’t just “new”—it was essential for staying competitive. To succeed, the keynote needed to do more than inform. It had to inspire. They needed a partner who could bring that story to life visually and emotionally, while aligning every detail with the conference theme.

Crafting a keynote that connects and compels

Having worked with Movable Ink as a product experience partner, Innovatemap was already deeply familiar with their platform and audience. Ahead of the Think Summit, we also helped elevate their sales motion with refreshed sales decks that aligned with their latest positioning. With that foundation in place, our go-to-market team quickly plugged in to shape the keynote from the inside out. We collaborated closely with Movable Ink to:

The impact of the keynote extended well beyond the stage. Internally, the Movable Ink team saw the keynote as an extremely effective storytelling tool—so much so that the content was reused across multiple keynotes globally, embedded in sales enablement materials, and repurposed across the website.


After the event, we helped the Movable Ink team revisit and refine their sales decks, weaving in key themes and product messaging from the Think Summit to ensure consistency and extend the narrative’s impact across the buyer journey.
