Emily gathers and translates user needs by designing and executing meaningful research methods. Her background in communication and human-computer interaction help her truly understand the user experience, and champion design of a strategic, useful product.
Emily likes creating “ah-ha” moments by communicating the story behind a user’s experience. In addition to research, she also facilitates innovation workshops to help clients think from a different and strategic perspective. She helped Wireless Zone understand the communication patterns and breakdowns with their reps, and guided Little Nugget through the experience of motherhood through research.
