About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer who can lead from strategy through execution—someone equally comfortable crafting a distinctive identity system, storyboarding a video, polishing a sales deck, or art-directing a website experience. You’ll shape brand work that’s both beautiful and business-minded, and you’ll mentor designers while confidently selling ideas to senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead brand engagements end-to-end—from insights and strategy to concepts, systems, and guidelines.
• Design cohesive identity systems and extend them across websites, sales enablement, decks, campaigns, motion/animation references, and light interactive prototypes.
• Translate positioning and messaging into clear visual narratives 
and standards that scale.
• Collaborate closely with product management, product marketing, and product design to weave brand into product experiences and go-to-market assets.
• Facilitate and lead creative working sessions; evolve our brand processes and methods.
• Present, defend, and sell work to executive and cross-functional audiences with clarity and confidence.
• Mentor teammates—raising the bar for craft, feedback, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Graphic/Visual/Brand Design—or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in brand design with a track record 
of successful launches.
• Experience designing for responsive web/mobile and collaborating 
with product teams.
• Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• An online portfolio showcasing identity systems and real-world applications.

Nice to Have

• Motion/animation direction or storyboard experience.
• Experience in B2B/SaaS or product-led companies.
