Growth & Operations Manager
Innovatemap is seeking a Growth & Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing growth team.
You will work closely with the Innovatemap marketing, sales and client delivery teams to help guide prospects through our sales process. In many cases you may be the first Innovatemap team member to interact with potential clients.
As a champion for our people-first agency, you will be tasked with operationalizing and driving new relationships with high-growth tech companies. With your help, we’ll get to do more of what we love: work with founders and leaders who we believe in to accomplish the vision they believe in.
Who You Are

- You have a background in tech or product.
- You are excited by evangelizing and representing Innovatemap.
- You are enthusiastic about helping people find the right answer whether that means working with Innovatemap or connecting them with someone else.
- You are detail-oriented and like to follow a process.
- You are a good communicator, verbally and in writing.
What You’ll Do
- You will help marketing transition new leads to the sales team.
- You will build presentations and other supporting sales material to help guide prospects through our sales process.
- You will become an expert in everything Innovatemap offers our clients.
- You will schedule and facilitate meetings with prospects.
- You will execute our sales process, supported by subject matter experts along the way.
- You will help decide whether or not we’re the right fit for prospective clients.
- You will seek to set engagements between clients and Innovatemap up for success.
This position is located in Indianapolis, IN and you will be expected to be on-site at least 3 days a week.
- You will have at least two years experience in a client-facing role, or supporting high-growth sales or marketing teams.
