Brand Designer
Innovatemap is seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Designer to join our dynamic team of design experts.
The brand design team at Innovatemap plays a critical role in guiding our clients through the journey of brand development, from research to strategy, ideation, and execution. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in visual design and branding, particularly skilled in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and with a deep understanding of brand identity and communication. Your talent for confidently presenting and advocating for brand ideas and solutions to senior stakeholders will be a key asset in this role. You are also comfortable managing multiple different types of fast-paced projects at a time, ideally with experience working in an agency environment.

What You’ll Do
Lead the design and execution of innovative brand strategies, ensuring consistency and creativity across various activations and projects. Equip clients with the tools (ie. brand guide, brand components) necessary to effectively use their brand daily.
Craft unique visuals, animations, and interactive experiences, aligning them to our client’s brand narratives, strategies and objectives.
Design websites, sales/pitch decks, video storyboarding, and sales enablement materials.
Present and sell brand concepts to stakeholders, effectively commanding the room and inspiring buy-in for visionary design solutions.
Lead creative sessions and contribute to our brand design processes.
Manage the opinions of multiple internal and external stakeholders while keeping client goals top of mind.
Bring fresh perspective to our clients and our team; think outside the box.
Collaborate with product management, product marketing, and design teams, integrating brand strategies seamlessly into our clients’ products.
Collaborate with other designers and foster a culture of learning and excellence within the design team.
Who You Are
A design expert with a strong background in visual design, brand identity, and strategic brand development.
Business-minded, with an awareness of the impact that brand can have on a client’s business, always keeping this strategic perspective top of mind.
An effective communicator, comfortable with presenting ideas and designs to senior and C-Suite stakeholders.
A self starter who is comfortable in and energized by a fast-paced, agency environment.
A skilled context switcher with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and excellent time-management skills.
Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools, with a portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in brand design.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Graphic/Visual Design, Brand Design, or relevant industry experience.
2+ years of experience in brand design, with a track record of successful brand strategy execution.
Experience in applying user experience design patterns to responsive web and mobile designs.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Agency experience a plus.
